The Site provides browser-based, local-first file processing tools. Since the processing logic runs entirely on the user's client side, we do not access, transmit, or store any of your original file data.

3. User Conduct

You agree to use the Site in compliance with all applicable laws. You are prohibited from using the Site to process infringing, obscene, violent, or illegal content. Users bear full legal responsibility for the content they process.

4. Disclaimer

The tools on the Site are provided "as is". We make no warranties, expressed or implied, regarding the accuracy, completeness, or fitness for a particular purpose. We shall not be liable for any direct or indirect damages arising from the use of the Site.

The SwiftConvert design, and source code (excluding open-source components) are the intellectual property of the Site. Unauthorized mirroring or scraping is strictly prohibited.
